A: Pricing for most products can be seen on the product page in the eCart. Pricing is not shown for those products that are complex in nature and need configuration. In this case, you are encouraged to contact Customer Service or your Sales Representative. Product availability is visible to registered account holders in the eCart during the online purchase process.

A: Lead times and delivery dates are subject to availability at time of enquiry. They are usually quoted ex-works but may include shipment time if required. They may change between the time of quotation and order acknowledgement.
